What we do
Silverline builds simple automation systems for HVAC companies, plumbers, electricians, roofers, landscapers, and other trades businesses across Canada. These systems handle the repetitive work that often falls through the cracks. That might mean automatically responding to missed calls, following up on new leads, sending reminders after a quote is delivered, or helping customers book appointments without waiting for someone to answer the phone.

We are a small studio founded by Marc Soummer. We work with a limited number of businesses at a time and focus on practical solutions that save time and help capture more opportunities. No complicated software. No long implementation process. Just systems that help your business respond faster and stay organized.
